RESERVATION Terms & Conditions
DEPOSITS
Dependent on the day of your reservation, you may be required to pay a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Please note we do not offer deposit refunds. We have the right to retain funds should your final bill not reach the deposit amount.
PRE-ORDERS FOR GROUPS OVER 8
For reservations with 8 guests or more, we require you to submit a pre-order of minimum £500. This allows us to prepare adequately and provide timely service. In the event that a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, we will offer a substitute of similar quality. We will make every effort to ensure that the substitute meets your expectations. Payment for pre-orders is required in advance. Your pre-order will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellations and Amendments
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your reservation if you wish to cancel or amend the number of guests in your party. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible and can take up to 5 business days to be processed, depending on your bank. Increases in party size are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Should you wish to cancel and you are within your 48 hour cancellation window, payments are non-refundable and card authentications will be claimed. In the event of poor weather, reservations on The Terrace will be moved to The Bar. Cancellations are not accepted under these circumstances.
Late Arrivals
Please ensure you and all your guests arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. After this, we may open spaces to walk-in guests. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee entry or an extension of your original reservation.
Seating and Table Allocations
We strive to accommodate seating preferences but do not guarantee specific tables or areas. Table assignments are at management's discretion and subject to availability. Tables will be a mix of standing and seated.
LENGTH OF STAY
Your reservation is only confirmed for the times stated in your confirmation email. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the confirmed times, this will be subject to availability on the day. Extensions of stay cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
TERRACE PAYMENTS
Please note that we offer an elevated level of service on The Terrace. To ensure the best possible experience, only one tab will be permitted per group; multiple tabs are not allowed. Should you wish to run multiple tabs or pay for each transaction individually, we recommend booking a space at The Bar.
CASHLESS Payments
Please be advised that we are a cashless venue.
Age Policy
We operate a 21 and over policy from 5pm on Fridays and all day on Saturdays, and an 18 and over policy on all other days. Under 18’s are permitted until 5pm from Sundays to Fridays if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Under 18’s are not permitted on Saturdays. We reserve the right to request ID from you and your guests prior to entry and within the venue. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests without valid ID. If you look under 25, you will be asked to prove you are 18 or over to buy alcohol. Attempting to buy alcohol if you are under 18 is an offence.
Dress Code
We adhere to a smart casual dress code at The Terrace. Hard hats, high-visibility clothing, work boots, and sportswear are not permitted.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Guests with allergies or dietary requirements are requested to notify us in advance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Outside Food & Drink
External food and beverages are not permitted anywhere within the venue. If you wish to bring a birthday cake, please let us know in advance. It will be at the manager's discretion whether the cake can be stored.
Last Service
Our last service is half an hour before closing. At this time, our team will start asking you to finish your drinks as we require all guests to leave by closing time.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the venue, including The Terrace.
Substance Misuse Policy
Anyone found possessing, using, or distributing drugs will be banned and reported to the police.
Behaviour and Responsibility
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and expect guests to drink responsibly. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person or group from the premises if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate. In such cases, deposits and payments for pre-orders will be forfeited.
FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
From time to time, we may have a photographer or videographer present in the venue for marketing purposes. By entering the venue, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed. These images and videos may be used in our promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, website, and print advertising. If you do not wish to be included, please notify a member of the team upon arrival.
